The directory is a first-party list of government hosts Waymora checked on the issuing agency’s own site. It is not a visa-rule database and not a named-entity fraud list. A host that does not match is “not official,” not automatically “a scam.”

2. Record the host, purpose, and check date.
3. Publish only directory facts, not eligibility rules.
